Located on a 200-acre farm in the Southern Highlands with private wine-tasting options, this Estate boasts magnificent gardens, a gourmet kitchen, an enclosed outdoor mineral heated pool and spa, a sauna, a tennis court, table tennis, darts, and a billards table.

The entire house is a magnificent 540m2, with three suites, each suite boasts a private bedroom, sitting room, and ensuite.  The entire house can sleep up to 19 people or 11 singles.   

 

There are three living areas, all with fireplaces, a large billiards room with a library, one massive dining room, and a gourmet kitchen.    

 

Stepping outside, undercover is an 80,000lt heated mineral swimming pool and spa, a sauna. Surrounding the house are estate gardens and a tennis court.

 

A short stroll will lead you to the cellar door, vineyard, and petting zoo.  

A breakfast basket for a cooked breakfast is an optional extra, please advise.

There are 4 single ensembles that can be moved throughout the house to suit your personal needs. 

Suite 1:(ROOM 1 and 2)

Name: Intimate Suite

Size: 32m2

Bed: Queen and Sofa Lounge plus up to one additional single 

Occupancy: 5 max Special Features:  Intimate suite, private entrance straight to the front gardens, cellar-door and circular driveway.

Views: With two windows you will have the peaceful views of the garden in the circular driveway and the cellar door. 

Configuration: This Suite opens directly to the sitting room. There is a connecting door between rooms 1 and 2, with access required through the sitting room to access the bedroom and ensuite.  The sitting room is fitted with a sofa bed, dining table, mini fridge, coffee making facilities and tv.  The bedroom has a queen-sized bed.  The shared private ensuite, toilet, and shower between rooms 1 and 2 if used for more than a couple. ​

 

COURTYARD SUITE

Size: 72m2 - Rooms 3 and 4

Bed: King and Sofa and up to an additional 4 singles

Occupancy: up to 8

Special Features:  Spacious and luxurious with a private romantic courtyard

Air-conditioned and heating

Pets: outside in secure private courtyard

Views: With two windows and bay windows, your views from the suite will include the cellar door, gardens, driveway, and private courtyard

Configuration: This Suite includes a king-size bedroom with the option for up to two single ensembles. The second room is a sitting room with a sofa bed, dining tables, mini fridge, coffee making facilities, and tv and can also accommodate two additional single ensembles.   This sitting room opens up to the magnificent private courtyard.  On the other side of the hallway is a marbled private toilet, and a separate marbled bathroom with a full-size bathtub and shower.  

 

POOLVIEW SUITE 

Size: 55m2 (Rooms 5 and 6)

Bed: Queen and Sofa Lounge with an option for an additional 2 single ensembles

Occupancy: up to 6

Special Features:  Spacious and luxurious, full bathtub, full views of the pool, and a private entrance opening out to the pool.  

Pets: Pets are allowed in crates in the pool area outside the suite

Views: With two windows you will have the best views of all the suites directly looking out onto the swimming pool and spa. 

Configuration: This Suite opens directly to the sitting room with pool views. The sitting room is fitted with a sofa bed, dining table, mini fridge, coffee making facilities and tv.  The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with room for a rollout bed. There is a connecting door between rooms 5 and 6, with access required through the sitting room to access the bedroom. The ensuite has a gorgeous claw bathtub and shower, which is shared between rooms 5 and 6 when required.

 

  Living Areas:

Billiard room and Library encased with a gorgeous fireplace, leading on to two distinct Living Rooms. A games cabinet with chess, poker, and numerous games and puzzles for the relaxed lazy days.  Cozy reading spots are scattered throughout for when you need time away.

KITCHEN AND DINING:

The gourmet kitchen is set up to cater for large groups and entertaining. With two ovens and two microwaves, (one microwave can also be used as an oven), three fridges and plenty of kitchen space, we aim to cater for your cooking needs. The kitchen utensils and appliances are constantly being added to but at a minimum include - ice-cream maker, pasta maker, coffee machine with beans, glassware including wine glasses, cocktail glasses and cocktail shaker, antibullet, tagine, large mix master, rice cooker, stone mortar and pestle, thermomix replacement.

 

​FUNCTION ROOM:

A multipurpose room that can be used for functions, indoor social gatherings, parents retreats, or somewhere to lock the kids up when the adults need space.  It includes a large TV with free wifi and access to Netflix. Numerous lounges can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people.  Dining table with views to either the pool, garden, or lake, a reading nook, and two sofa beds for 3 extra guests.

 

​ENTERTAINMENT AREA:

The mineral swimming pool is heated to comfortable heat in summer and 30deg in cooler months excluding winter. The spa is heated and available all year round. Sauna is available all year round. Table tennis and darts, large BBQ, and woodfire pizza with plenty of trays wood-supplied.

 

Outdoor eating areas are based around the pool and other eating areas with garden views. Swimming pool towels and pool toys were supplied. ​

 

OUTDOORS:

Established English-style gardens over 10 acres surrounding the house, include many beautiful picnic spots, including two gazebos, one by the lake A full-sized tennis court with racquets and balls, and various exercise equipment.  Outdoor fire pits available on request pending on season and fire risk - timber supplied.

 

Vineyard - all guests will have access to the vineyard to wander and explore.  There is an island with a bridge for picnics.

Petting Zoo -  Take a farm tour in the back of the ute and pat our friendly bulls or have a wonder and explore the farm and find our friendly farm animals.  Book your farm tour in extras when you book your accommodation.

Welcome to the Southern Highlands. If this is your first visit, you are in for a treat. Shopping in Bowral and surrounds is less than 20min away. Explore the local cafes, restaurants and cellar doors from 5min away. A 30min drive will have you visiting the various waterfalls, swimming holes and bush walks. Antiques, retail therapy, nature, exploring, adventure, relaxing, family, or romance, whatever your relaxation needs are, the Southern Highlands will not dissapoint. If you wish to stay on the property, we are located on 200 acres, surrounded by small farms, so peace and tranquility is guaranteed.
